I went to Old Town again on yesterday morning. Quite a long time I never taste my favorite half-boiled eggs. Yea, that is it but unfortunately, this time it was abit undercooked but the standard was still there... and add a cup of milk tea... yummy....

I don't know most of you will like to have half-boiled eggs as your breakfast. Or maybe some of you don't even like or dare to have it. But I am going to tell you, you are really missed a really good stuff, especially when you have it as your breakfast.

I didn't really know what kind of nutrition we can get from egg so I was did some research about it.

A large egg contains 4.5 grams of fat (1.5 of which is saturated fat), and 213 milligrams of cholesterol. Eggs are also protein-rich, low in sodium, and contain valuable vitamins and minerals.

So we can know that egg is very good to human body and it provides quite a lot of kinds of nutrition.

But this is not the purpose of this post. What i am going to show is what can be called as in perfect condition of HALF-BOILED eggs.


This is what I ate at the Old Town that located in Genting Klang, KL. Quite disappointed because it was undercooked.

This is what our school canteen provided. As you can see, it is also not really well cooked but this one can be considered as the best in our school, at Canteen 2.


I have nothing to complain on this. It is perfectly well-cooked as you can see, the egg white don't have any undercooked and the yolk is also in the perfect 50% cooked condition. Once you eat, you can really feel satisfied for the day. This is from Old Town Coffee House in Nusa Bestari, JB.

Life can be just simple. For me, 2 well-cooked half-boiled eggs can just satisfied me easily for the whole day.

This is my very very like favorite since I was young. My hometown is at Muar so everytime if I have the chance to go back I will definitely go to enjoy my La Chang Rice (腊肠饭). La Chang(I don know what I suppose to call in English.) is made by pork and you can't get it easily. It is available at the downtown of Muar.

The restaurant built on 1893, can be considered a very old building. The environment there is not really clean but since the food there is really delicious, I won't really care about it...
A lot of delicious foods is located at this street with a very suitable name for it, Tan Jia Gue(贪吃街), it means the street for Gluttonous people...


Does it look very tasty?? It is much better than its look. Once you add up some otahs, the food will be even nicer... Believe me, once you try it, you won't forget it... really... This is one of the MUST try food at Muar.

Why I say is one of them? Because in Muar actually have a lot of nice foods. Yun Tan Mee, Otah, La Chang Rice, Wu Xiang(五香), Bak Guk Teh and many more until I cant really remember...

These are Wu Xiang and the most famous food of Muar, Otah. It is also can be consider the trademark of Muar but nowadays the taste is not as good as last time. Quite dissapointed... The Wu Xiang is another MUST try food at Muar especially for its fish cake.

Actually, this time I went back to my hometown is main for celebrate my grandmother's birthday. We were went to a restaurant at Saturday's night for the celebration. The food there is just consider average.

But for the next day morning, we went to a restaurant to enjoy their very famous dish, Bak Guk Teh. It was really delicious. The smell of the herbal is pretty strong and also for the taste. I was forgot to take the photo because it is too delicious to eat until I can't remember to capture it down.

Here is something special that you can find in Muar... All the antennas are very tall than usual height....

Yeah, as I mention, I have a quite relaxing, undisturbed Saturday with myself. Another reason to been alone because all my friends was busy for their stuff so I just try to don't disturb them.

Seriously, this is my first time to watch movie alone but I'm alright with it. Let get back to the subject. I watched Hancock at Cathay cinema in City Square, it's one of the good cinema around Johor Bahru. I'm sure that all JB people will agree with me. Due to the weekend, the crowd was just overwhelmed the cinema and the queue on the ticket counters is long enough until it can reach Singapore (well, not really so serious...) but i still manage to get a movie ticket for 2.40pm. Thanks to my friend, he introduced me the new counters at level 7 that also can buy the movie ticket...



About Hancock, it is quite a interesting movie about super hero that you never seen it before. At first, he's a mess. Same as other super hero, he is trying to stop the crimes or accident but meanwhile he also created a lot of 'side effect' that cause a huge damage on New York, which is 9 millions of US dollar... He just doesn't look like a hero although he can super strength and he can fly on the sky. One day, he saved one guy, Ray away from the accident by train. He is a public relations professional that is trying to help him to create a better public image.

After something happened, he found out that Ray's wife, Mary also have the same ability with him and she is his girlfriend actually... well, i think i better don't spoil the movie and what I recommend is, if you have the time to watch a movie at the moment, you really should go for it. Why I will say this movie is different with the any previous super hero movie is all other movie will tell you he is the one to save the world at the beginning of the show but in Hancock, public just loathe him and trying to drive him away from NY although what he did every time is just trying to save the people. After he's not around, crimes is keep increasing... people start to miss him... and they realized that he is important to them, to the city because he can stop the crimes happened and save the people...

Beside movie, I also bought some stuffs around there and it cost me around rm60. Well, it is quite a lot for only 2 magazines (Top gear July, Ering July), few Portuguese egg tarts and 2 slices of Tiramisu and Mocca blender from StarBucks...

ERING... it is about mobile phone... and I am searching for a better mobile phone to replace my existing hdphone, Nokia 5300 XM... still haven't get a idea yet...

Yeah, that is it... Top Gear... for this month... It is introduce a lot of gear box and it helps to improve my knowledge and know more about car....

Portuguese Egg Tart.... It is so delicious and I hope I can finish these all but I am not going to do that... save some for my dear sister and mother... hehe...

Tiramisu... it is my sister's favorite... so as a good brother, i bought it for her... haha... I am not so kind actually... because I want to eat as well... can someone pass me a tissue please? i just cant stop my saliva out of my mouth...

Movie... Book... Food... such a great day for myself... enjoying my egg tart now so I just stop at here... I'm coming for you, my dear egg tart and tiramisu....

After my lunch which is my mee hun gua, I with my friend, Zhou and his girlfriend decided to have some desert...

Without any arguments, we decide go to Bambino to try out the desert there...

I ordered one Caramel Pudding with Vanilla Tea....

The pudding is very smoothly and its not too sweet as just suitable for my taste.. About the Vanilla tea, because this is not my first time to have the vanilla tea at there so I can say is its just delicious like usual...

Zhou ordered one chocolate sirap waffle with vanilla ice-cream and one drink. The drink is taste a bit like rebinna but its not rebinna. I just can remember its name... The another drink is for his girlfriend but I also cant remember its name...


His girlfriend ordered one plate of buffalo chicken wings with added double times of chilli. It contents 2 of it... should be very spicy i guess and I think I cant afford it as well...

Here I shows you some of the pictures about the atmosphere there... actually not bad at all... at least it can consider good in Perling...

What I feel about there is the atmosphere is quite well and relaxing... you can have a great time with your friends at there and... there have a few beauty waitresses...(just kidding and this is not the point for me to go there) Most important is the food there is very suitable for my taste and now there is become the only choice for me to meet with my friends...

Around JB have a few shops are selling quite a delicious mi hun gue but I only prefer one...

It is located at skudai... The shop name is 新天茶餐室, Xin Tian Restaurant...

I ordered a large mi hun gue (soup) with more vegetables...

Sick of cheesy fries? Maybe you should try this... Bambino curry french fries... Its also come with wasabi sauce... curry fries with wasabi... its just very special and i can say is quite a perfect match too...

Baked rice? yup, this is baked pepper chicken rice... looks tasty and it is exactly taste like wat it looks like....

Cheese.... I like cheese... say cheese....

The Bambino is run by a singaporean and he is very friendly. There also prepared alot of interesting stuffs like monkey on a coconut tree, many kinds of card game, chess and magazines for you to kill your time at there and enjoy your time with your friends...

(Monkey on a coconut tree : we need to put all the bananas around the monkey and the monkey can stay steady on the coconut tree. I found that its not easy to put all the bananas around the monkey and it still can stay steady on the tree....)
