I don't know most of you will like to have half-boiled eggs as your breakfast. Or maybe some of you don't even like or dare to have it. But I am going to tell you, you are really missed a really good stuff, especially when you have it as your breakfast.

I didn't really know what kind of nutrition we can get from egg so I was did some research about it.

A large egg contains 4.5 grams of fat (1.5 of which is saturated fat), and 213 milligrams of cholesterol. Eggs are also protein-rich, low in sodium, and contain valuable vitamins and minerals.

So we can know that egg is very good to human body and it provides quite a lot of kinds of nutrition.

But this is not the purpose of this post. What i am going to show is what can be called as in perfect condition of HALF-BOILED eggs.


This is what I ate at the Old Town that located in Genting Klang, KL. Quite disappointed because it was undercooked.

This is what our school canteen provided. As you can see, it is also not really well cooked but this one can be considered as the best in our school, at Canteen 2.


I have nothing to complain on this. It is perfectly well-cooked as you can see, the egg white don't have any undercooked and the yolk is also in the perfect 50% cooked condition. Once you eat, you can really feel satisfied for the day. This is from Old Town Coffee House in Nusa Bestari, JB.

Life can be just simple. For me, 2 well-cooked half-boiled eggs can just satisfied me easily for the whole day.
