For data transfering, I am really sorry to tell you about this, its bluetooth is CANNOT use for data transfering but it is just use for stereo bluetooth headset. Don't even think about infrared. So the only solution for you to transfer and sync all the information to your iPhone is... not only the Dock Connector to USB Cable, you also need iTunes to sync all the videos, musics, photos, contacts, bookmarks........ into your iPhone, no matter you are using MAC or WINDOW.
